QA Automation developer owns the overall technical responsibility for the testing Automation tools and tests development.
Technical responsibility includes working closely with development teams and system architect according to Software Requirement Specification Document (SRS), the QA Automation developer should both compose test plan documents (MTP, STP, STD, STR) and lead the automation development.

In this role you will get to practice your experience and creativity to implement the testing automation methods and code development. You will have the opportunity to define and adjust the automation design and implementation for a variety of use cases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a QA Automation Developer, you will work directly with the solution architect to design the automation tests according to the system requirements.

Compose High- and Low-Level Design Documents (HLD, LLD) to elaborate in detail the automation infrastructure.

Compose Testing documents (MTP, STP, STD, STR) to elaborate in detail the product tests.

Technically lead the QA & Automation team to follow the automation architecture and definition of tests.

Work with stakeholders (Other Team Leads, System Architect, Research Team, Product, etc.’).

Contribute to the growth of the QA & Automation team by hiring, coaching, and mentoring others.

Be a quality gate , stopping any non-mature deliveries from the R&D department.

Develop areas of depth in technical domains relevant to your interests and your area of responsibility.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Experience working in a technical leading role.

Technical Degree (Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant tech experience.

3 years of experience in designing and developing complex automation systems which verify both client-server applications as well as Embedded endpoint testing.

3 years' experience in Python and Typescript development.

2 years' experience in Cypress and Pytest

Experience in composing Design Documents (HLD/LLD).

Experience in composing Testing documents (MTP, STP, STD, STR).

Strong verbal and written communications in Hebrew and English.

Curious and fast learner. Able to deliver fast and with high quality.

Strong knowledge with Automation tools and infrastructure, OOP, Microservices, Databases and Networking protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience and familiarity with start-ups and Start-ups eco-system.

Knowledge and experience in automotive systems/technologies.

Knowledge and experience in Cyber Security
